-Identify areas for drivers’ KPI improvement
-Evaluate the driver service experience
-Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing drivers resulting in increased total online driver, active driver and completed jobs
-Design programs to win back, reward and retain drivers
The day-to-day activities:
-Evaluate program results and optimize as needed
-Lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives that bring about change or improve drivers' performance
