We’re looking for a river Acquisition Admin to join our operations team as we are experiencing tremendous growth.
Get to know the Role:
To perform administrative tasks which include organization of driver registration forms, coordination of background checks with Screening Vendor, and monitoring of driver document expiry.
Manage and monitor grab car acquisition documentation including digital, soft and hard copy registration form.
Prepare listing for background check for all new driver
Prepare monthly summary background check for monthly meeting
Communicate with driver regarding failed background check resulting in driver account termination
Reply email enquiries from drivers
Coordinate and delegate administrative tasks to ensure a balanced workload
The day-to-day activities:
Prepare weekly report to management on channel performance and subsequent action plans
Complete weekly operational tasks in a timely manner.
