Manage Free/ Paid teams (around 15 people);
Develop the digital performance marketing strategy across all Free/ Paid channels including but not limited to
search, social, display and retargeting across mobile and web;
Propose marketing online budget distribution between STOLs and channel;
Work with Facebook and Google to optimize budget and methodology for each period;
Works with the Analytics team to understand attribution and how to accurately measure the importance and
ranking of each channel.
Involve directly into profession-related issues arised within department responsibility. Support direct
subordinates in case of overload;
Randomly check daily tasks of direct subordinate in order to make necessary changes;
Conduct regular and irregular reports;
We are open for all candidates with or without eCommerce background who have the competencies below:
3 – 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing across all Free/ Paid channels. Strong
expertise on SEM is a bonus.
Excellent communication skills in English
Very strong analytical & critical thinking with data-driven;
Have a good understanding of internet advertising technologies and understand the marketing channel
attribution model.
