Get to know the Role:
Identify ways to improve the lives of GrabFood delivery partners
Develop and manage loyalty and engagement programme that are unique and high-impact
Build communities and grow GrabFood’s presence among delivery partners
The day-to-day activities:
Monitor and understand the topics that are on the minds of our delivery partners
Gather insights and feedback from our delivery partners
Capture and respond to our delivery partner needs/feedback
Benchmark ourselves against competitors and the market
Continuously work on improving and innovating our processes to serve our delivery partners better
Analyse and track the performance and behaviours of our delivery partners to devise action plans to improve overall eater, restaurant and delivery partner experience
Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and building walkthroughs
Work with PR to build and manage relationships with external stakeholders
Work with the Driver Loyalty and Retention team from Transport to facilitate and organize partner engagement events
The Must Haves:
At least a Bachelor's Degree
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese would be a plus)
Years of working experience: < 2 years
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
