Delivery Partner Acquisition Senior Executive

Get to know the role:

• Support the Delivery Manager to execute acquisition strategies and initiatives to acquire high-performing GrabFood delivery-partners and to identify improvement opportunities to help enhance acquisition performance.

The day-to-day activities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery-partner acquisition process

• Prepare, maintain and monitor the delivery-partner acquisition process and guidelines and its implementation across cities

• Identify delivery-partner needs to close the gap between supply and demand

• Develop daily and weekly delivery-partner acquisition performance report and insights

• Monitor delivery-partner acquisition performance to identify issues and propose initiatives to solve bottlenecks

• Help the Delivery Manager to implement delivery-partner acquisition strategies and initiative

• Responsible for the implementation of acquisition strategies and initiatives to achieve optimum order allocation in different areas

The must haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field. 1-3 years of experience in operation or sales

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint)

• Passion for food delivery business

• Self-starter who can take high ownership on the job with minimum direction

• A highly driven person who also can lead a team

• Ability to define business process and propose improvement initiatives

• Excellent communication skills

• Strategic thinker but also can execute business operations
