Get to know the Role:
The Function is to monitoring the deduction performance, control drivers overdue, doing collection process including repossession process, handling all drivers issue related to payment, payment from drivers and to Finance Co.
The day-to-day activities:
- To handling the drivers operational, including driver performance
- To make sure the drivers pay the instalment on time
- To control driver overdue, including doing car repossession
- To handle the problem issue from drivers, specially related in weekly payment
- To make relationship with the drivers, listening to their input and give drivers evaluation
- To make sure no fraud from drivers through good relationship and well communication with drivers
- To check the units existency, including phisycal survey to the drivers and check through system
- To manage the database for units Gold and accessories
- Help CA & Productivity Lead to handling the Gold drivers
The must haves:
- 4+ years related working experience in Finance company, Car Rental, Taxi or Fleet Management company
- Have a driving license (SIM A)
- Experience in the collection and repossesion related
- Experience in the managing people
- Creative and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Strong customer focus & attention to detail
- Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree from any major
- Can work as a team as well as individual
