DAX Experience Lead - Grab Express

Get to know our Team:
The GrabExpress's goal is to very simply get corporations to use Grab. Whether it's for business meetings, trips to the airport, or client events we want SE Asia's workforce to think "Grab" each time they want to send documents and/or goods.


Get to know the Role:

• Understand product specifications – Understand our product inside-out to troubleshoot any issues.

• Support Commercial teams – Be a strong pillar for support for sales and client success teams and help them outserve our clients.

The day-to-day activities:

• Identify key requirements to establish an effective communication for Grab Drivers, analyze the effective of all existing communication channels that we have

• Establish an effective way of communication between Driver – Vertical – Customer

• Poses good people skill and highly experience in leading inter-vertical collaborations to ensure a proper communication related to certain project

• Highly adaptable in a fast growing-vertical working environment with a dynamic objective priority towards trend or top issues that vertical face

• Have a good sense in understanding the complexity of existing current trending issues related with verticals and a build a systematic way in creating communication deck between Driver – Vertical - Customer

• Have experience with handling community or group of people

• Highly experience in creating training material and set up scheduled training session to meet certain timeline target

• Have a sense of creativity in using design or drawing applications or create animations to support communication material

The must haves:

• Bachelor's level degree required and with at least 3 years of work experience in field operations and communications

• Excellent people skills and experience working with multiple teams at once.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, where fluency in local languages & English required in business communications is a must

• Must have a can-do and optimistic attitude.

• Looking to build a career and not just work 9-6.

• Willing to travel to cities if required.
