Mô tả công việc

  • For New Store Openings and store relayouts, change POG data within systems ensuring all data is linked to stores, maintaining up to 25 major store changes per week.
  • Summarize all assortment changes from POG, providing weekly reports to Retail
  • Support Retail to set removed assortment non-POG, following rules defined by Retail + Trading
  • Create Layout category data, update data to system and OMS.
  • Calculate fixture requirements and send to Retail and Property departments.
  • Update price tag information to provide to stores.
  • Update layout, POG to OMS data.
  • Manage data (data POG type, assortment by POG type, by store, price tag) and resolve any issue for stores.
  • Manage the mapping of data in the system.
  • Control stopped items and make proactive recommendations to resolve POG schedules if these are not aligned.
  • Build reports to measure the effectiveness of adjustments related to POG and Layout, using data analysis to provide insights and perspectives.
  • Build reports to measure the effectiveness of projects including Renovation, New Store Opening, campaigns against competitors and so on, analyzing and providing insights and perspectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of management information systems is an advantage.

  • Prior experience in merchandising or space management is a plus.

  • Proficient in SQL, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced functions, data analysis).

  • Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage large amounts of data and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
