In order to achieve this mission, we aim to build fully automated data pipeline and processing, ensure zero downtime in every component of our services and our main responsibility as Data team as a whole is to serve as the trustworthy foundation for decision-making. We work closely with Data Analytics team to ensure our share responsibility is delivered. We are part of Engineering team and under umbrella of Data team.About the jobWe are looking for software engineer who really love his craft and want grow with us. - Invent/acquire new tools/processes to integrate w/ our current data platform that aim to automate/simplify processes or improve reliability of our data platform.
Day-to-day activities:
- Develop software
- Assess & implement new software
- Design & implement new process
Basic Qualification:
- Experience in software development, or
- Experience in researching software
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in building data-intensive application using Python/Scala
- Experience in distributed system (e.g.: Hadoop / Spark / Kafka / Zookeeper)
- Experience in cloud big data tech. (e.g.: AWS EMR & AWS S3)
- Experience in modern monitoring system (e.g.: DataDog, ELK)
- Experience in CI/CD (e.g.: git, Jenkins)
