Verify forest product lists from vendors for regulatory compliance.
Track and manage documentation for incoming forest products.
Create lists of forest products for export and domestic sales.
Prepare documents to apply for Certificates of Origin (CO) for exports.
Reconcile customs declaration data with transaction records for changes in use.
Monitor tax-free and tax-paid imported materials against transaction data.
Prepare documentation for re-export of defective goods.
Generate statistical reports on import and export activities.
Verify eligibility for origin certification of exported goods.
Prepare and submit forest product compliance reports.
Monitor rejected materials for customs declaration and change of purpose.
Support the preparation of final settlement reports and provide explanations to customs authorities.
Work in Quang Ngai
1. Education:
College/ Bachelor Degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
Certificate in Customs Declaration is preferred.
2. Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
At least 2 years of experience in customs declaration, Certificate of Origin (CO) FTA Final Settlement Report.
3. Knowledge:
Proficient in Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office.
Familiar with VNACCS system.
In-depth knowledge of customs laws and regulations.
Understanding of Certificate of Origin and goods classification.
4. Skills and Abilities:
Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
Ability to read and write emails in English.
