Job requirement

1. Smooth handling of all sea (US/CAN)/ air export shipments as per the company’s standard operating procedure.

2. Maintain good customer service relationships with customers.

3. Follow up and control subcontractors during handling door-to-door shipments.

4. Updating customer profiles.

5. Full support of Sales inquiries for achieving sales goals.

6. Complains solving in time

7. Make reports to the Operation Director/ Manager as requested.

8. Other service tasks assigned by management.

1. Xử lý tốt tất cả các lô hàng xuất khẩu đường biển (US/ CAN)/ đường hàng không theo quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn của công ty.

2. Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng.

3. Theo dõi và kiểm soát các nhà thầu trong quá trình xử lý các lô hàng.

4. Cập nhật hồ sơ khách hàng.

5. Hỗ trợ đầy đủ các yêu cầu của bộ phận kinh odanh để đạt được mục tiêu.

6. Giải quyết các khiếu nại kịp thời

7. Lập báo cáo cho Giám đốc vận hành khi được yêu cầu.

8. Các công việc khác được yêu cầu.
