+ Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all channels including Email, Call, FB, Zalo, TikTok,...
+ Receive and process table reservations; provide consultation on services, promotions (if any), and relevant information to customers.
+ Provide information on party/event packages and assist guests who wish to visit the restaurant in advance.
+ Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints.
+ Conduct follow-up calls to check on customer satisfaction after their events.
+ Execute upselling campaigns as part of the company’s promotional strategies.
+ Update and maintain daily reports.
+ Good English communication skills.
+ Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when engaging with customers.
+ Be patient, flexible and adaptable to work with new systems
+ Working time according to Supervisor‘s arrangement, working 6 days/week - rotating shifts 8 hours/day (during operation: 8AM - 10PM and Not OFF on Friday)
