The Role
- Function as the contact point for active restaurants on the platform.
- Oversee real-time food delivery process across Malaysia while serving as a coordinator between delivery partners, customers and restaurants.
- Make calls to educate customers and delivery partners on how GrabFood works and to resolve real time delivery issues.
- Specialized in investigation of uncompleted orders.
- Act as the voice of restaurant partners and feedback account grievances and drive change in cases where it is necessary.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned as required by the management
Requirements:
- Communicate clearly & effectively and maintain great relationships with restaurant partners.
- Work weekends *In accordance to stipulated shift schedules as per assigned *
- Willing to work night shifts
- Rest Day: Refer to shift schedule Or otherwise advised by the client
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
