We are a leading medical equipment company in Vietnam with over 15 years of experience. Currently, we are developing a technology platforms in the healthcare sector, focusing on proactive health services that connect patients with experts from hospital, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Our goal to deliver comprehensive, science-based solutions, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to empower users in managing their health proactively.

Key Role

You will act as the bridge between nutritional knowledge and the general public—helping customers understand their bodies, make informed food choices, build healthy lifestyles, and collaborate with our team to create high-quality health education content and products.

Responsibilities

Customer Consultation & Support

• Analyze customer profiles (including genetic results, blood tests, nutrition, lifestyle, etc.)

• Provide personalized 1:1 nutrition consultations (online/offline)

• Design meal plans and dietary programs tailored to specific goals (fat loss, muscle gain, hormone balance, energy optimization, etc.)

Product & Content Development

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create articles, videos, reels, and infographics on nutrition

• Contribute to mini-courses, nutrition guides, and health protocols

• Support evaluation and development of supplement products (dietary supplements, meal plans, functional foods, etc.)

Education & Community Engagement

• Participate in livestreams, workshops, and webinars to share nutrition knowledge

• Answer professional questions in community groups and support users

Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor‘s degree in Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, or Public Health (preference for additional training in Precision Nutrition or Functional Medicine)

• Basic understanding of blood tests, genetics, micronutrients, and dietary supplements

• At least 1 year of experience in nutrition (consultation, clinical, or community settings)

• Proficiency in English (communication, working with suppliers, reading product documents)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and explanatory skills with the ability to inspire others

• Content writing skills are a strong advantage

• A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset and strong teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients with weight management, metabolic disorders, or hormonal imbalance

• Ability to use Canva, Notion, ChatGPT, or other content creation tools

• Completion of courses such as Precision Nutrition, Institute for Functional Medicine, Nutri-Genomics, etc.
