1. Credit control
Responsible for the operations of the Sales Administration functions including monitoring the progress billings and collections, loan documentation from the receipt of the relevant stamped Sale & Purchase Agreement until delivery of vacant possession or issuance of the separate document of titles whichever is later.
2. Customer service
Report and track complaints, suggest solutions, and continue the follow-up process until resolution is achieve.
2. Sales & Marketing
- To search for, approach, and build relationships with real estate brokers, insurance brokers, or any brokers related to the company's products/services
- To research the market, analyze customer needs and competitors to come up with appropriate sales and marketing strategies
- To provide information and advice to brokers about the company's products/services, as well as support them during the sales process
- To use various communication channels such as email, social media, online advertising, and events to reach and attract brokers
- To perform other related duties that the Management may direct or assign from time to time.
