GrabExpress is on-demand delivery service of Grab. The GE Ops team manages GrabExpress operations in Indonesia focusing on e-commerce parcel and document delivery. In a growing business like GrabExpress, each team member needs to be highly motivated, open minded and able to work as a solid team in a fast pace environment
Get to know the Role:
Collaborate closely with Regional Product and Engineering team in providing on-the-ground feedback from all user groups. Identify product improvement initiatives and ensure product improvement projects and initiatives are completed and delivered on time.
The must haves:
Min. 3-5 years of work experience. Product management or Product Marketing management background from a reputable tech company is preferred.
Excellent people skills and experience working with multiple teams at once.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, where fluency in local languages required in business communications is a must and regional language proficiency is a plus.
Must have a can-do and optimistic attitude.
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent in Excel, Powerpoint
PMP Certification is a plus
