CORPORATE LEGAL SPECIALIST

Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents such as official letters, contracts, agreements, authorizations, and corporate records (company establishment, business registration amendments, shareholders, business lines, etc.).

Supporting the review of contracts and transactions with partners to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Updating and consolidating legal regulations related to the company’s business activities.

Managing and storing legal records; coordinating with internal departments to address basic legal issues.

Supporting dispute resolution and debt collection with third parties in coordination with relevant departments.

Assisting in the preparation of legal project dossiers, participating in negotiations, and obtaining approvals from State authorities.

Performing other legal tasks as assigned by line managers/supervisors or the Board of Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Business Law, Commercial Law, or related major).

2–3 years of working experience in corporate legal, in-house legal counsel, or law firm.

Solid knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and investment regulations.

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.

English proficiency: TOEIC 650+ (or equivalent), able to draft and review contracts/documents in English.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
