Get to know the role:

Non GAAP Business is a new team that will be tasked with driving adoption and usage for GrabPay by Moca wallet users beyond current Grab services offering of transportation and food/express delivery. This includes but not limited to offline acceptance, online acceptance and digital marketplace. The role is a balance of data analysis, campaign execution and stakeholder management - leading day-to-day coordination with Business Heads and cross-functional team to drive both long-term and tactical activities to drive campaign ideas to grow non-GAAP performance and gain actionable insight.

Day to day activities:

  • Align with the non-GAAP business’ overall strategy and develop medium to long term strategic plans and tactics to achieve target;
  • Strategise campaign model and promo flow for different use cases - together with product, operations and marketing teams
  • Develop analysis and regular reporting on performance to support business lead on data-driven decision making of non-GAAP performance
  • Devising promo strategies for different product categories (e.g. Digital marketplace, Online & Offline acceptance)
  • Contribute ideas and solutions for growth and other initiatives to drive country non-GAAP performance and work with cross functional teams to execute
  • Forecast spend on promos, incentives and other key initiatives
  • Collaborate with other teams within Grab (both business and functional teams) for cross-department partnerships.
  • Identify & investigate new opportunities with non-GAAP partners to enhance our consumer experiences that can impact country performance

The must have:

  • A minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertisement, eCommerce, top-tier management consulting
  • Strong appreciation for business models in the payments, retail and e-commerce space with a keen interest in how marketing can have an impact.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
  • Strong problem definition and solution skills, combined with an intellectual curiosity and love of learning
  • Data-driven and insights-based – you match an adeptness for numbers with a curiosity for why consumers behave a certain way.
  • Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel
  • Enthusiasm to succeed in an ambiguous, fast-moving and ever-changing
  • A positive and resilient attitude – you have the drive, flexibility to work in dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadlines;
  • Able to work with multi-functional teams;
  • Able to multi-task and result & detail-oriented with A start-up attitude – willing to work hard to get things done.
  • Track record of launching big & impactfu promotional campaigns/scheme that drive business growth
