Mô tả công việc

  • Supervise and evaluate the performance and work quality of subcontractors and construction teams
  • Monitor and manage construction activities to ensure alignment with the project timeline and milestones
  • Ensure construction works are executed in strict compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on construction status, progress, and quality
  • Develop and implement construction methods, quantity take-offs, design solutions, and handle all required technical documentation and legal paperwork
  • Calculate material requirements, request procurement, and coordinate the timely supply of materials to the site
  • Inspect and verify the quality of input materials and on-site construction workmanship
  • Guide and instruct subcontractors/construction teams to follow the company’s construction processes and standards
  • Enforce and monitor strict adherence to site safety regulations and labor safety laws
  • Supervise the safety performance of all workers and subcontractors to ensure legal and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to define and implement technical requirements and safety measures
  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree or higher level in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or related majors
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Construction Practice Certificate level 3 or or higher is required
  • Experience in construction projects is an advantage
  • English communication is a must
  • Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals
  • Knowledge the software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
