Mô tả công việc

1. Payroll Management (40%)

- Check Employee data on the SAP system.

- Process and check Time & Attendance data, working hours from SAP system to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools in the system

- Consult employees or management level to correct attendance record errors on SAP system if any.

- Process payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely, accurately, and compliantly.

- Respond to employees' questionnaires and make reports to the direct supervisor or HRM

2. PIT & Dependant registration & Social Insurance (30%)

- Register PIT code and PIT dependent for employees.

- Complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept.

- Perform PIT finalization on a yearly basis for Vnese staff.

- Register SHUI contribution for new employees and resigned employees.

- Please make the report to Social Insurance Agency every month as required.

- Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees and follow up on payment

- Contact the Social Insurance Agency to provide SI book and health insurance card for employees.

- Complete the transferring procedure of SI Book for resigned staff.

3. Labor contract (10%)

- Make a labor contract for new staff.

- Make an annex to the labor contract, contract renewal

- Ensure the labor contract and the annex to the labor contract are given to employees on time.

4. Employee's profile management (5%)

- Set up records and personnel files for new employees.

- Maintain employee's records in personnel file.

5. Rules and Regulations (5%)- Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.

6. Other tasks (10%)- Make periodical report to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs- Prepare periodical labor reports to be sent to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.- Make reports relating to Payroll, PIT, SHUI module to C&B DM (if any)- Other tasks assigned by C&B Deputy Manager and HR Manager
