Role Overview
The Color Admin Staff plays a vital role in fostering a positive and professional working culture within the company, aligned with framas principles, Vietnamese labor laws, and customer standards. This position is responsible for managing personnel, maintaining operational efficiency in the Color Department, and supporting workforce development through recruitment, training, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Management
Oversee personnel across all shifts and ensure timely updates to worker schedules based on HR communications.
Organize weekly shift plans and coordinate overtime arrangements, including meal provisions.
Address and correct errors related to overtime and annual leave records.
Resolve labor union concerns and support employee relations initiatives.
Identify, train, and develop qualified staff to build a professional and capable workforce.
️ Operational Support
Manage and process documentation for Color Room equipment repairs.
Monitor and control inventory of color mixing materials to prevent shortages.
Ensure workflow efficiency and proper job distribution within the Color Department.
Compliance & Standards
Update and enforce company rules in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and customer labor guidelines.
Monitor and control overtime practices to meet Nike’s compliance standards.
Maintain and continuously improve departmental standards and procedures.
Special Assignments
Execute special tasks and directives as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh/ Thu Duc), Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Solid understanding of injection molding and plastic materials
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Capable of working effectively under high-pressure conditions
Education & Work Experience
College or university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
