Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for business growth, profitability and P&Ls management. This includes develop, oversee the operating/ growth plan, marketing plan, budgets and responsible for overall city management
Identify opportunities to improve online/ offline product, focus on customer-centric initiatives roll out to improve customer experience and to drive user acquisition/growth and engagement.
Proactively collaborate with both local and country (and regional) teams.
Hire and develop a high-calibre local team
Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Management Consulting, P&L ownership roles, general management, financial services industries, or Business Development.
Strong people and stakeholder management experience
Understand numbers and strategy well, with great interpersonal skills
Able to both lead at high level and willing to be hands on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership.
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment.
Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners, key merchant partners and suppliers.
