1. ESG Project Management:
Support the implementation of ESG strategies aligned with company objectives (including EcoVadis assessment).
Coordinate with departments to execute programs related to environmental management, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
Collect and analyze ESG data; prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor ESG compliance and support audits; stay updated on ESG trends and regulations.
2. Compliance Control:
Monitor updates in labor laws and client-specific HR compliance requirements.
Review and propose improvements to HR policies to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
Assist with audits/inspections, prepare documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.
Provide regular or ad-hoc compliance reports and flag any identified risks or violations.
3. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in compliance, ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related functions.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, UNGC).
- Collaboration skills, analytical & report skills
- English communication, proficiency in MS Office
