Job requirement

1. ESG Project Management:

  • Support the implementation of ESG strategies aligned with company objectives (including EcoVadis assessment).

  • Coordinate with departments to execute programs related to environmental management, social responsibility, and corporate governance.

  • Collect and analyze ESG data; prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor ESG compliance and support audits; stay updated on ESG trends and regulations.

2. Compliance Control:

  • Monitor updates in labor laws and client-specific HR compliance requirements.

  • Review and propose improvements to HR policies to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Assist with audits/inspections, prepare documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Provide regular or ad-hoc compliance reports and flag any identified risks or violations.

3. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job requirement

Requirements:

-         Bachelor’s degree in related field.

-         1–3 years’ experience in compliance, ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related functions.

-         Knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, UNGC).

-         Collaboration skills, analytical & report skills

-         English communication, proficiency in MS Office
