Job description:
- Study and analyze a wide range of new banking products, banking processes across all Business units especially Savings, Loans, Cards, Sale and Services, ….
- Understand, analyze business requirements (business processes/rules) from different business units
- Coordinate with others divisions and business units to ensure all strategic initiatives related to technology are fully implemented and tailored to the needs of business.
- Build clear requirements, implementing on schedule, ensuring quality and compliance with TPBank's strategic requirements.
- Participate in action planning, be able to coordinate work plan to achieve the deliverables of the project.
- Proactively communicate and update information within the project team and with stakeholders during implementing strategic initiatives.
Job requirement:
- At least Bachelor degree in related major such as Business, Economics, Finance
- Abroad studying experience is an advantage
- To be able to catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
- Working experience in banking, IT, e-commerce or relevant technology company from 01 – 02 years
- Language requirements – Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
- Project coordination skill
- Perform well both as an individual and a team member.
