Mô tả công việc

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements; oversee closings; coordinate audits.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop budgets; provide analysis; analyze variances.
  • Internal Controls: Implement controls; monitor compliance.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage tax filings; stay updated on tax laws.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor staff; delegate tasks; evaluate performance.
  • Cash Flow: Monitor cash flow; manage banking relationships; oversee investments.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce accounting policies.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial insights; align strategies with business goals.

  • Malaysian invested company, field of operation: Industrial coatings

  • Company size: 100 people
  • Working time: 7:30am-4:30pm, from Monday to Saturday

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Chief Accountant or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • Chief Accountant Certificate
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and general ledger management.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, cost accounting, and budgeting.
  • Experience with internal controls, audit coordination, and accounting software (Xezo, ERP systems).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and manage multiple projects
  • Priority given to candidates with experience in coating industry.
