Mô tả công việc

The day-to-day activities:

a. Develop strategy and implementation plan to optimize channels performance
b. Close coordination with Channel Monitoring & Performance Improvement team to monitor and evaluate performance of each channel
c. Expand the market, widen company coverage, and strengthen company network
d. Develop and socialize SOP for both Sales & Channel and external parties
e. Oversee and monitor the end-to-end process of store onboarding
f. Increase store onboarding process effectiveness through process, tools, and manpower improvement
g. Conduct capacity planning for channels in term of manpower and territory
h. Maintain good relationship with Distributors

The must haves:


a. Minimum bachelor degree
b. Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
c. Have experience and knowledge about retail sales process; data analysis; and understanding in channel strategy
d. Proficient in English (oral & written) ​

e. Leadership and communication skills
f. Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, customer & target oriented, and network building.
g. Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making.
h. Willing to do business trip to all area. ​
