Job requirement

1. HR Information System (HRIS) Management:

  • Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate regular HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with vendor to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain Masterfile by excel to double check
  • Export data employee for relevant team.

2. Labor Contract Administration:

  • Prepare, review, and manage labor contracts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Track contract renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring timely processing.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals.

3. Data Employee Records Management:

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding employee records.

4. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Maintain and support update on changes for Compliance documents.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

5. HR Project Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, such as policy updates, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide administrative support for HR initiatives.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.

6. Ad-hocs: Responsible for handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good in MS Office, proficiency in HRIS.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations focus on C&B.
  • Good knowledge in labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interested in working in a fast-paced environment and skilled at managing pressure.
