Buyer/Procurement Specialist (Vitamin/Health&Beauty)

New Product Development

• Work with Brand team to align on product requirements.
• Identify & evaluate suppliers, request quotations and samples.
• Negotiate commercial terms (price, MOQ, payment terms, lead time...).
• Manage contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate with QA/RA for product testing and registration.
• Track product development timeline from concept to launch.
• Review formulation & stability reports (VMS).
• Act as the main contact between RA–QA and suppliers to ensure product quality.

Existing Product Management

• Optimize supplier base (pricing, quality, capability, risk).
• Monitor stock and orders to avoid OOS.
• Work with Demand Planning to push suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Solve issues related to discontinued packaging or slow-moving stock.
• Coordinate with import vendors to improve lead time & supply continuity.
• Support admin team with data checks and monthly stock reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Pharmacist, or similar.
• 2–5 years of commercial/sourcing experience in Pharmacy/Retail/FMCG
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work well with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Excellent English for working with international suppliers.
• Willing to travel within Vietnam.
