Kinh nghiệm:
1/ Data Processing & Analyzing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Analysis, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to collect informative data and draft out key findings to indicate annual business status.
- Analyze monthly sales report to find out abnormal trend of current business.
- Proactively exposure with Amway Business Owner’s (ABO) activities to understand their business behaviors.
- Understand & work on different data system to actively collect and/or verify data to improve the quality of business evaluation reports.
2/ Planning:
- Generate ideas for initiatives/programs to achieve annual business target.
- Support Line Manager to provide logic framework to simulate and evaluate different scenarios for estimating ROI, cost, qualifiers and other measurable KPI for each program, balancing program possibility with company targets and resources (provided budget & timeline)
3/ Implementation/Project Management
- Lead or support programs/projects as a team member to successfully deliver results (roles & responsibility will be varied upon each project request)
- Continuously track & analyze Sales program results (during & post program) to ensure achieving program target and identify potential risks to company (manipulation, over-budget, ABO’s engagement…)
4/ Business System Management
- Maintain ABO Business System to make sure continuous business tracking for ABO
- Cooperate with Tech team to provide business logic & insight for System function enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- At least 4–5 years’ experience in business planning, sales operations, sales planning, salesforce effectiveness, or related experiences
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization; advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Strong skills in communication, active listening, trust-building, customer-centric, and problem-solving
- Excellent planning, organization, and impactful presentation skills.
