Our core responsibilities are the single point of contact for business performance data who maintain and manage business key metrics for both definition and rule implementation,

we leverage software and services to transform data into actionable intelligence that informs an organization’s strategic and tactical business decisions. what we are doing is to analyze data sets and present analytical findings in reports, summaries, dashboards, graphs, charts and maps to provide users with detailed intelligence about the state of the business. we work closely with various teams (Product, Data Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Calm etc.) to understand data requirements, identify and track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights that are tailored and relevant to marketing evolving needs.

We are part of the Engineering team and under the umbrella of the Data team.

Responsibilities:

• Become subject matter expert of Business Intelligent ( BI ) domain, it's ranging from business requirement formulation, defining required data set, performing analysis towards data and business issue.

• Savvy in visualization using BI tools, create/deliver reports & dashboard, and able to extract insight from the reports or dashboard.

• Perform thought leadership on how to design, implement and improve the organization's Business Intelligence capabilities.

Day-to-day activities:

• Work closely and have intensive communication with BI Lead to handle BI projects.
• Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues.
• Work closely with the user and related parties to overcome issues or obstacles during development.
• Develop and maintain a series of automated business intelligence reports and interactive dashboards.

Basic Qualification:

• Interpersonal skills to understand the business requirement, good in detail numbers/reporting.
• Good written and verbal business communication across stakeholders (technical and business users).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a BI or analytics related role.
• Having experience with RDMS Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.
• Ability to work with complex data sets, and combine data from multiple sources into a single dashboard/reporting system.
• Having experience in BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy, Power BI, etc.
• Programming skills such as Python will be an advantage.
• Familiar with the organization's KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Business Metrics.
• Excellent Consultative & analytical thinking.
