Job requirement

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry.

· Foster and develop relationships with new and existing Blue-Chip clients.

· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's services and capabilities.

· Participate in contract negotiations and cooperation with international partners, suppliers, and customers.

· Establish and expand relationships with agents, shipping lines, forwarders, and international customers.

· Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets

· Prepares necessary sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.

· Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners on the company's services and capabilities.

· Act as a liaison between the customers and operations staff.

· Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base.

· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in CRM and other programs as needed.

· Some other jobs and duties as assigned by the BD Director of the company.

Job requirement

·         English fluently at 4 skills (Listening - Speaking - Reading – Writing).

·         Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field

·         03+ years of work experience according to the Job Description (working in Logistics industry is an advantage)

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
·         Report and analytical skills
