Get to know the Role:
Business Development Executive will provide assistance to Business Development Managers. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is good in organization and data collection, able to multi-task and is adaptable, energetic, and passionate in talking to different clients as this role will entail lots of internal and external coordination.
The day-to-day activities:
- Support Business Development team in developing new business, monetization opportunities and establish partnerships to accelerate Grab’s business through initiatives across technology, supply and demand
- Play a key role in executing deals by closely working with cross functional team and the Regional BD Team
- Solidify, and maintain productive relationships with key partners
- Create, maintain and report on KPIs periodically to Head of BD
- Pro-actively work with BD teammates to craft and share best practices efficiently using common resources
The must haves:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Management consulting
- Strong creativity and problem solving skills
- Excellent cross functional project management, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments
- Ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
