Get to know the Role:

Business Development Executive will provide assistance to Business Development Managers. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is good in organization and data collection, able to multi-task and is adaptable, energetic, and passionate in talking to different clients as this role will entail lots of internal and external coordination.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Support Business Development team in developing new business, monetization opportunities and establish partnerships to accelerate Grab’s business through initiatives across technology, supply and demand
  • Play a key role in executing deals by closely working with cross functional team and the Regional BD Team
  • Solidify, and maintain productive relationships with key partners
  • Create, maintain and report on KPIs periodically to Head of BD
  • Pro-actively work with BD teammates to craft and share best practices efficiently using common resources

The must haves:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Management consulting
  • Strong creativity and problem solving skills
  • Excellent cross functional project management, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments
  • Ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
