Grab began as a taxi-hailing app in 2012, but has extended its product platform to include private car services (GrabCar), motorcycle taxis (GrabBike), social carpooling (GrabHitch) and last mile delivery (GrabExpress). Grab is focused on pioneering new commuting alternatives and for drivers and passengers with an emphasis on speed, safety and reliability. The Company currently offers services in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Get to know the Role:

Day to day management of user acquisition campaigns


The day-to-day activities:

  • Build out new campaigns based on learnings and opportunities for growth
  • Create and maintain daily spend and revenue actuals as well as forecasts
  • Work with creative to identify campaign elements essential for success
  • Assist marketing team with other key initiatives when necessary


The must haves:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Acquisition
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and understand how to turn insights into actionable plans
  • Strong knowledge of Offline and Online acquisitions channel
  • In depth knowledge of building user acquisitions campaign
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away, you get it done
  • Deep working history across both functional marketing teams and product teams
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced Ms. Excel Skills
  • Fluent in English
