Part of the Central Operations Team for GrabFood Indonesia which supports overall Operational activities for the rapidly growing GrabFood business, across all cities in Indonesia
Team works closely with GrabFood leadership team, to design, build, implement and improve operational processes that support and strengthen the business

Always look for opportunities to automate processes or create a streamlined and optimized automated workflow
Responsible for developing and implementing automated reporting solutions to help business make operational decisions
Constantly engage Central Operations leads (Ops Excellence + Content Ops) to understand processes, and their needs and painpoints which can be eliminated through automation
Have the ability to design and develop automation solutions using tools including but not limited to Python, VBA, C++, JavaScript,and MySQL will be the main requirements for this role. Excellent development and prioritization skills will be very helpful to excel in this role.
The day-to-day activities:
Functional
Collaborate with the Operations team to understand and distill user requirements to develop automation robots to perform manual repetitive tasks (operations + reporting)
Analyse, document and reengineer business processes in scope for automation and robotics
Conduct User Interview, gather Robotics Process Automation (RPA) requirements
Design and implement software robotics and process automation as well as automated reporting solutions to help the business
The must haves:
Bachelor (and/or) degree and fluent in Bahasa and English
Have the ability to design and develop automation solutions using tools including but not limited to Python, VBA, C++, JavaScript,and MySQL will be the main requirements for this role. Excellent development and prioritization skills will be very helpful to excel in this role.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience with start-up/tech, operations, e-commerce, marketing or management consulting background
Applicants must have a good balance of interpersonal and analytical skills to be successful
Applicants must demonstrate exemplary project and operations management skills, as well as an ability to combine big picture thinking with understanding details
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment
Ability to communicate clearly to different stakeholders

Entrepreneurial & resourceful – able to put on different hats; goal is to achieve targets with a “can-do” attitude
