As part of the Customer Experience Analytics & Insights team, you will help us as we analyze data into consumer insight to outserve customers and across business units within Grab.
Get to know the Role:
The Business Analyst will support business intelligence and decision to optimize and improve the overall customer experience, by developing methods of data extraction, automating processes, developing reports and dashboard.
The day-to-day activities:
- Translate stakeholder requirements into reports and dashboards
- Create custom reporting, analyze existing and new data, and share findings with various departments
- Enable data driven decision making by extracting, measuring, and performing deep-dives for complete root causes analysis
- Design and develop data, analytics model, reporting tool, with actionable insights
- Manage timely and accurate delivery of analytic projects and reports.
- The Business Analytics Specialist should be passionate about business intelligence, and can support and with multiple teams and stakeholders
The must haves:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics and reporting role
- Flair for numbers, strong analytical skills and structured process thinking, attentive to detail, and a proactive self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, influencing skills and able to communicate well with different stakeholders and across cultures
- Positive attitude, proactive, eager and demonstrated experience in change management process
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes and ability to data design and documentation
- Strong exposure to strategic problem solving and root cause analysis
- Skilled in analyzing data, business processes, communicating insights, and recommending solutions
- Self-driven and exhibits personal accountability for successful completion of projects and tasks assigned
- General knowledge of contact solution, CRM, data management tools, or exposure to telephony systems highly desirable
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate in IT, engineering, Statistics, Business or related field
- Experienced in data analysis, designing and working with relational and multi-dimensional models and reporting tools
- Experience using data and reporting tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Python, R, Tableau, Holistics
- Six Sigma certification and experience is an added advantage
