As part of the Driver Transformation team, with immediate priorities in transforming the driver training experience, he/she will work closely with relevant Grab stakeholders in the region, contributing towards project implementation and monitoring of activities that drive driver excellence as we improve the driver experience.
Get to know the Role:
- As a Business Analyst, the candidate’s role is to gather, organize and analyse data / feedback from different sources to provide insights on driver performance.
- He/she will also provide coordination and support for key projects identified by the Reporting Supervisor and assist with project implementation and progress tracking.
- Ability to organize and structure work independently, good communication skills and skills in excel or any other analytics software will be an added advantage.
The day-to-day activities:
- Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables and dashboards
- Deliver custom reports, analyze existing and new data that are used to optimise and improve overall driver-partner experience / excellence
- Create dashboards and reports to share findings with various departments
- Conduct audit programmes to identify gaps in driver-partner service delivery
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders in Grab (locally and regionally) for project implementation and progress reporting
The must haves:
- Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Business or other relevant discipline
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Skilled in excel and tableau will be an added advantage
Exposure to working with different cultures
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in analytics and reporting role
- Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
- Advocate and strong passion for Customer Experience
- Flair for numbers, with an inquisitive and investigative mindset
- Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking
- Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail, proactive self-starter
- Good interpersonal, influencing skills and able to communicate well with different stakeholders and across cultures
- Positive attitude, proactive, eager and demonstrated experience in change management process
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes and ability to create process flows and documentation
- Strong exposure to strategic problem solving and root cause analysis
- Skilled in analyzing and reengineering business processes, and recommending solutions
- Self-driven and exhibits personal accountability for successful completion of projects and tasks assigned
