Mô tả công việc

1. Job Purpose or Summary

Lead the overall brand strategy and marketing initiatives from planning to execution for a range of owned private label brands.

2. Main Responsibilities:

- Develop brand positioning strategies and concept proposals for new and existing private label brands, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience;

- Manage Market Research agencies and Creative Agencies in the development and execution of specially commissioned projects for gathering consumer insight and developing strategies;

- Develop and be the guardian of the brand visual identity, including packaging design guidelines and marketing visual guidelines, ensuring consistent execution of brand image across all touchpoints;

- Develop strategy, objectives and annual marketing plan for all brands to meet business goals;

- Develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, instore POSM, etc.) including new product launches and re-launches;

- Oversee marketing budget planning, allocation, and performance tracking for marketing activities;

- Be accountable for ensuring a consistent execution of the brand image and message across all touchpoints;

- Reporting to senior leadership on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives;

- Develop strategy, lead planning, execution and budget allocation of all internal engagement activity for owned brands Inc newsletter);

- Lead the strategy and development of the training plan for owned brands, overseeing regular review of the plan.

Yêu cầu công việc

3. Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree

Professional major: Marketing, Business, Economics

2nd language ability: Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory

Computer usage ability: High standard of Microsoft Office programmes

Related experiences:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Brand Management and Marketing field, ideally within the healthcare / health supplements / OTC sector.
  • With a proven track record of successfully developing Brand and Marketing strategies.
