Main Responsibilities
1. Execute Brand and Partner Marketing Campaigns
Support the implementation of brand marketing and co-branding campaigns with pharmaceutical partners (Rx & OTC) across online and offline channels.
Coordinate and develop content plans (social media, PR, digital assets, POSM, in-store activation, etc.) tailored to each campaign.
Monitor and consolidate campaign performance results (content engagement, in-store visibility, livestream impact, media reach, etc.).
2. Content Management & Creative Development
Collaborate with the content team to develop medical, product-related, and public health content in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Contribute ideas and concepts for communication activities specific to the pharmaceutical sector (e.g., symposiums, in-house training, health station activations, etc.).
3. Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Medical to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Support the coordination and execution of professional events including symposiums, in-store activations, and co-branded livestreams with partners.
4. In-Store Marketing Execution Supervision
Monitor marketing activities at store level, including POSM placement, in-store branding, and market execution.
Assist in auditing compliance with brand and partner guidelines across pharmacy locations.
5. Support in Analysis & Reporting
Regularly update consumer insights, pharmaceutical market trends, and periodic campaign performance reports.
Propose marketing improvements based on data analysis and market feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Certificates in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Data Analysis are a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Retail industries.
Intermediate proficiency in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other data analysis tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to create engaging content while complying with pharmaceutical advertising regulations.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
