1. Execute Brand and Partner Marketing Campaigns
- Support the implementation of brand marketing and co-branding campaigns with pharmaceutical partners (Rx & OTC) across both online and offline channels.
- Coordinate and develop content plans (social media, PR, digital assets, POSM, in-store activation, etc.) tailored to each specific campaign.
- Monitor and consolidate campaign performance results (content engagement, in-store visibility, livestream impact, media reach, etc.).
2. Content Management & Creative Development
- Collaborate with the content team to develop medical, product-related, and public health content in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Contribute ideas and concepts for communication activities specific to the pharmaceutical sector (e.g., Symposiums, In-house Training, Health Station activations, etc.).
3. Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Medical to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Support the coordination and execution of professional events including symposiums, in-store activations, and co-branded livestreams with partners.
4. In-Store Marketing Execution Supervision
- Monitor marketing activities at store level, including POSM placement, in-store branding, and market execution.
- Assist in auditing compliance with brand and partner guidelines across pharmacy locations.
5. Support in Analysis & Reporting
- Regularly update on consumer insights, pharmaceutical market trends, and campaign performance reports.
- Propose marketing improvements based on data analytics and market feedback.
