As Tiki is going to spend millions dollars on Brand MKT expense and ambition of expand market as long as increase brand awareness, we're finding a highly committed Brand & Customer Senior Analyst to measure the effectiveness & point out market insights.

• Define and lead all analyses to support Brand Comm planning (Brand Health Check, Social Listening, Market Research, Media Report...)
• Design suitable reports on real-time to monthly basics
• Work closely to Brand & Media team to understand business requirements
• Work cross-function team (Engineer, Performance MKT, Data team) to get necessary information
• Manage external agencies. Under some circumstances, able to conduct surveys & researches in-house
• Collaboratively create and manage projects, from timeline creation to project completion
