Get to know our Team:

  • We’re a lean team of creative and strategic thinkers, in service of shaping the Grab brand into a loveable powerhouse in SE Asia.
  • We’re guardians of the Grab positioning and voice and are also responsible for campaigns / initiatives that build a consistent yet locally relevant brand regionally.


Get to know the Role:

  • Responsible for growing consumer and driver love for the Grab brand.
  • Responsible for increasing brand awareness, consideration, preference / loyalty all with a view to making the Grab business more price inelastic and adding margins to the bottom line through scalable brand marketing programs
  • Turn Grab’s vision, mission and principles into a brand that consumers and passengers understand and form an emotional attachment with.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Handle the day-to-day of social media campaigns (Tweeting, updating Facebook page, monitoring all platforms, responding to customer inquiries in real time, listen to what people are saying about the brand, keeping an eye on social media activity using advanced social media monitoring software, etc.)
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs will also be required, followed by effective analysis, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results;
  • Develop social media engagement campaigns eg. Contests, games etc;
  • Workclosely with Communications Manager (Content) to seed content on social media;
  • Adaptmarketing campaigns into social media friendly posts;
  • Boostposts and buy engagement ads on social media;
  • Celebrity,influences, blogger engagement.



The must haves:

  • Possessed at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Advertising or equivalent;
  • Preferably with at least 4 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • An excellent communication skills with a good command of spoken and written in English, Native Thai
  • An-enthusiastic personality and ability to deal with uncertainty;
  • High motivation and willingness to experiment;
  • An ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information;
