Backend Engineer (Geo / Food)

后端研发工程师

工作职责：

设计，开发，测试，部署，上线，维护和更新后端软件项目。

管理项目优先级，工期和产出。

编写技术文档，项目日志。

基本要求：

相关专业本科毕业。

2年以上工作经验或有开发经验的应届毕业生。

熟悉数据结构及算法。

熟悉至少一门通用程序设计语言。

加分项：

熟悉CI / CD / Code Review流程。

熟悉Golang语言。

了解微服务架构，了解后端最佳实践。

有在线高可用高并发服务开发维护经验。

资深工程师 / 研发经理 / 架构师技术要求：

曾构建高并发、高可用后端服务。

5年以上移动互联网工作经验。

有底层系统相关开发经验。

帮助团队成长、成功，懂得如何在大团队中协作。

地图工程师岗位相关要求：

熟悉地理信息系统相关技术原理。

有路径规划、导航、实时路况、POI管理、空间索引等相关经验优先。

有交通领域移动互联网相关背景优先。

有机器学习相关背景优先。

Get to know the Role:

Design and implement grab services with high reliability and scalability

Work with team to innovate framework making platform more large and efficient

Participate in designing and code reviews, maintaining high standards of technology

Participate in programming service capacity and evaluating system performance

Work with product or support team to define product characteristics

Together with the infrastructure team to proceed product operation

Main development language: Go Lang

The day-to-day activities:

Experience in designing, developing large systems

Able to proceed performance evaluation and optimization

Able to proceed error analysis and disposal in large systems

Experience in designing, developing of high parallel systems

Preferably a degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields

Excellent command of English

Good knowledge of computer science(data structure, algorithm, etc.), excellent encoding ability

Familiarity with large internet system, understand the underlying system

Understand the performance and scalability of large systems
