- Patient examination:+ Examine patients or order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to obtain information on medical condition and determine diagnosis+ Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results+ Pre-vaccination examination- Patient consultation:+ Provide comprehensive health advice based on the patient’s situation through call- Coordinate with Laboratory and Medical Marketing team in building medical content- Cooperate with Branch Operations division and Customer service department improve service quality and customer satisfaction- Coach and provide training to clinic, branch’s team- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations.
