The B2B Project Coordinator acts as a bridge between the corporate clients/key accounts and PB internal departments (production, operations, marketing, logistics, etc...). This role is responsible for coordinating B2B project execution, managing timelines, ensuring quality, and delivering excellent service to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Accountabilities
- Project Coordination
- Work directly with key accounts to understand requirements (bulk orders, corporate events, customized products).
- Develop project plans: timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee execution, monitor progress, and resolve issues to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate across Production, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations to fulfill B2B projects and orders.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Support in optimizing and standardizing cross-department workflows.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing B2B clients' stakeholders.
- Provide end-to-end client support: from order confirmation to after-sales service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or introducing new products/services tailored to B2B needs.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report project/order performance.
- Analyze data (sales, profitability, customer satisfaction) and provide insights for improvement.
