SELLING ACTIVITIES:
- Conduct selling activities within assigned vacant territory to meet given volume targets, maximize distribution & availability, minimize out-of-stocks
- Ensure that selling activities are only conducted in authorized and/or assigned Point Of Sales
- Ensure full compliance to pricing and sales processes for every transaction
- Measure on total territory volume targets (approximately 8 sales routes per territory)
- Monitor progress of volume target achievement for total territory
ROUTE PLANNING & COMPLIANCE:
- Assist the supervisor in the route planning of MDSs within the territory
- Monitor & Analyse the efficiencies of current routes and propose improvements
- Ensure route compliance through audits as instructed by supervisor
DIRECT PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Act as a trainer for newly appointed MDS
- Conduct Work-With/Work Review sessions with MDS as assigned by supervisor
- Provide on-the-job coaching to team members to develop selling and planing skills
