The enterprise business unit at Grab is responsible for all things B2B. This includes business and product solutions offered under the Grab for Business platform, GrabGifts, and other B2B products and services. We are a cross-functional team of product managers, designers and engineers as well as dedicated Sales, Key Account Management and Partnership teams across all markets that engage with corporate customers directly.
Get to know the Role:
Your role is to plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise marketing campaigns, manage budgets and track targets across all eight of Grab’s current markets. You have experience basis a strong performance and digital marketing background and can work closely with teams in PR, CRM, Social Media, Partnerships and Research to bring your plan to life. You like B2B, but love B2B2C, figuring out which stakeholders to target at which part of the lifecycle with what message. Content interests you and you could see yourself developing some thought leadership pieces as well.
The day-to-day activities:
Project manage our performance agency and drive initiatives through to results
Drive the growth of the Enterprise business across all target segments via acquisition and retention initiatives that hit business objectives and build brand loyalty.
Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning
Manage reporting and analysis across Enterprise campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
Work with all key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, media buying, events, etc.
Work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to drive insight into how consumers are using our platform and translate these insights into innovative campaigns.
Develop thought leadership pieces in collaboration with our product and business teams
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier international university
Has driven consumer growth and engagement in large consumer internet companies in a product or marketing function.
Has a strong x-functional leadership track record
Technical skills in performance marketing, marketing strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, analytics, and campaigns
Have ~3 years marketing experience using broad marketing with an emphasis on performance marketing
