1. Product Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain and update product sheets, pricing files, fact sheets, and SOPs in alignment with Easia Travel standards.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across internal tools for all Vietnam regions, including the North, Central, and South offices.
- Monitor and coordinate regular updates in collaboration with relevant departments.
2. Site Inspection Coordination
- Support the Production Manager in the planning, scheduling, and documentation of site inspections across all regions of Vietnam.
- Follow up with suppliers and relevant teams via appropriate systems for service clarifications, photos, and feedback after visits/inspections.
- Organize and archive debriefs, reports, and media from inspection trips to support product development and training.
3. Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Production, Sales, and Operations for seamless communication on product matters, including the collection, consolidation, and reporting of internal and client-facing product feedback.
- Compile and synthesize internal feedback on product performance and service quality.
- Support internal product presentations, launches, and training to equip Sales with strong knowledge and tools.
- Serve as a central communication link between the North, Central, and South Product teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent dissemination of product-related information and updates among department.
- Act as the key liaison between the Product and Marketing teams to coordinate the rollout of product launches, storytelling content, promotional campaigns, and other relevant initiatives to ensure brand alignment and timely communication.
4. Supplier & Partner Coordination
- Maintain an up-to-date and centralized supplier database, consolidating contacts and relevant information collected by the Production Manager and other teams during site inspections or business trips across all regions.
- Take the lead in researching, mapping, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of key tour operators, DMCs, local suppliers, and influencers within the travel industry across Vietnam.
5. Product Quality & Innovation Support
- Track market trends and competitor activity to support identification of new product opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for innovative experiences that align with Easia’s brand and client expectations.
- Assist in integrating storytelling and sustainability into the product development process.
6. Administrative & Logistical Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Production team, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and meeting notes.
- Prepare materials for product training sessions (e.g., presentations, documentation, photo selections).
- Support the execution of product launch processes in collaboration with Sales and Operations.
7. Training & Onboarding Support
- Assist in creating onboarding materials and helping integrate new team members into the Production workflow.
- Contribute to updating and maintaining the internal knowledge base to strengthen destination and product understanding across departments.
