Project Assistance:
- Support department projects by assisting with research, data collection, and presentation preparation.
- Track project progress and deadlines, alerting relevant staff to upcoming milestones.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager and team.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation related to business development activities.
Financial & Record Keeping:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in budget tracking and reconciliation.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.
- Colleges/University (Graduated/Ungraduated) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Time management, schedule planing
- Intermediate level in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or Canva/ Google slide)
- Administration skill
