Grab for Business is the B2B team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, logistics and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We actively engage with a wide network of companies across the region and want to ensure that client success is paramount in our organisation.
GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
You will report to the Grab for Business Country Head
You will be in-charge of ensuring success for assigned Grab for Business products and initiatives by developing launch plans and growth/optimization initiatives.
You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure support for your initiatives and alignment across the organization.
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES:
Strategy: Identify new initiatives that will better improve B2B solutions of Grab and produce incremental revenue for the company. Develop the optimal go-to-market strategy to execute.
Project Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are met successfully, on-time, and within budget.
Data Analysis & Insights: Track project performance metrics and deliver project progress reporting on a regular basis. Use available data to identify the initiatives that are producing results (and double down on them), and those that are not successful (and quickly adjust the strategy accordingly).
THE MUST HAVES:
3 to 5 years work experience in a strategy, project management or product management role.
Solid analytics skills and strong execution focus
Clear written and oral communication; able to make concise and impactful reports or slides as necessary
Proven experience in leading teams and working in teams
Practical business sense and a passion for trying different things; willingness to learn and do things out of comfort zone
Ambition, self-drive, and the ability to work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
